After working on Wall Street, he discovered his passion for entrepreneurship and founded SunPac with his father in 1991, focusing on delivering value. With over 30 years of experience, he remains dedicated to strong relationships and innovative solutions, while outside of work, he enjoys golf and family time.
Annette Goldstein
VICE PRESIDENT
Following a three-decade career as a high school teacher, Annette brings organizational and problem-solving skills to Sun Packaging, where she's been part of the family story from day one. Armed with degrees in English and Education, she offers a fresh perspective and enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and goldendoodles when not at the office.
Barry Kronhaus
SALES DIRECTOR
Barry, with a lifelong connection to the packaging industry through his father, now leads a team of 10 sales professionals as Director of Sales & Marketing at Sun Packaging, helping customers find ideal solutions. He enjoys working directly with clients, mentoring his team, and has a diverse taste in music, with a special fondness for The Beatles.
Giselle Martinez
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AND OFFICE MANAGER
Giselle has been an integral part of Sun Packaging Technologies for over six years, bringing a strong background in technology, finance, and management with multiple advanced degrees. Born in Brazil with Italian heritage and experience in several countries, she has a global perspective and a passion for technology, continuous learning, travel, and exploring new languages.
Rodel Castillo
TECHNICAL SERVICE MANAGER
As Technical Service Manager, Rodel Castillo applies his background in Electronics Engineering to tackle complex challenges and ensure client systems run at peak performance. Known for his focused, hands-on approach at work, he brings the same determination to his personal time, which he enjoys spending fishing and on the water with his family.
Chris Laudato
PACKAGING SPECIALIST
Chris Laudato brings over 30 years of experience to Sun Packaging, having started as a service technician and risen to General Manager before returning to his passion for sales in 2024. His deep technical and operational insight makes him a trusted advisor to his dedicated accounts, and outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, golfing, and being active in his church.
Gary Hiller
PACKAGING SPECIALIST
Gary Hiller developed a strong work ethic in the garment industry in Queens and now applies his keen business sense and customer connection skills at SunPac in South Florida. He moved to the area ten years ago seeking a new adventure and enjoys being part of a dynamic team while valuing time with his family.
Mark Katz
PACKAGING SPECIALIST
After 15 years in the forklift industry and a decade partnering with the company, Marc Katz officially joined the Sun Packaging team in 2022 to help customers solve complex warehousing challenges. Known for his hands-on approach and versatile background, he spends his free time outdoors boating, fishing, and traveling with his family.
Maydee Montes
PACKAGING SPECIALIST
Maydee serves clients across Broward and Miami-Dade for SUNPAC, leveraging over five years of sales experience with the company. Her background includes Human Resources in Colombia and experience in both public and private sectors, as well as running her own business.

Gary Chin offers nearly two decades of experience from the food processing industry, where he significantly expanded a company and gained deep hands-on operational and regulatory knowledge. Now at SunPac, he collaborates on innovative packaging solutions, believing that efficiency drives profitability through optimal packaging.
Lake Pemberton
PACKAGING SPECIALIST
Based in Tampa, packaging specialist Lake covers Florida’s west coast, using over a decade of experience to solve demanding dilemmas by building lasting client relationships. A foodie at heart who loves cycling local trails, he enjoys discovering new restaurants with his family and once restored pinball machines as a hobby.

Mark Ritz has been a Packaging Specialist at Sun Packaging for five years, bringing a strong operations background from his previous eight-year role as a production manager. He thrives on connecting with new people and learning how things are made, and outside of work is a proud father of two who enjoys playing Cornhole and watching football.

His professionalism and reliability are complemented by a personal passion for healthy living, which he pursues through regular exercise and clean eating.

PACKAGING SPECIALIST
Randy is a seasoned Technical Sales professional at Sun Packaging with 24 years at the company, having previously specialized in repairing vacuum and produce machinery at JVR Industries. After 15 years in technical service training teams, he now applies his deep technical knowledge in sales to solve customer problems, and outside of work, he enjoys volleyball and family.

ACCOUNTING SUPPORT / CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
With over a decade of experience in airport logistics and customer relations, Tess Dennison has been a key team member at SunPac for four years, managing accounts payable and receivable. She is currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, applying her passion for problem-solving and process improvement to enhance both operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Derek Walker, a Technical Service Team Lead at Sun Packaging Technologies for over 11 years, is known for his diverse skill set, problem-solving abilities, and resourceful approach to challenges. He thrives in a supportive work environment and outside of work, he is a devoted family man involved in his church community and enjoys traveling.

PURCHASING AGENT
Karlo Gamarra joined Sun Packaging in 2022 and has grown into his current role as Purchasing Agent, utilizing his diverse background in marketing, sales, and operations. Originally from Peru, he brings a positive attitude and sharp organizational skills to his role, and outside of work is an active 4th Degree Knight of Columbus, photographer, and Star Wars fan.

As the company's dedicated delivery specialist, Alex Fiallo ensures products arrive safely and on time while building strong connections with customers out on the road. Outside of work, he is deeply committed to giving back to the community and is especially passionate about supporting individuals on the path to addiction recovery.

With over 42 years of experience in the packaging industry, Marty Berman serves as our Administrative Assistant and Service Coordinator, drawing from a career where he has held roles from service technician to General Manager. Known for his unwavering dedication and reliability, he is a former youth sports coach and commissioner who now treasures spending time with his family and four grandchildren.

Gerome Zapata, a Service Technician at Sun Packaging since 2024, brings a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and two years of professional experience from the Philippines.
