What is LeanWrap?
LeanWrap is pallet wrapping reinvented for lean manufacturing. Some key features are:
Metered Film Delivery® reduces film breaks, load twisting and load crushing. It further reduces your costs by increasing load containment force while using less stretch film. And the right amount of containment force is key to creating safe-to-ship loads.
Pallet Grip® protects your products by locking the load to the pallet. Unlike film fingers, Pallet Grip compresses and rolls the stretch film into a cable. It avoids forklift punctures while creating a strong holding force at the base of each load.
Load Guardian brings a form of artificial intelligence to the wrapping of pallets. The operator simply enters the load characteristics and Load Guardian determines all the right settings for a safe-to-ship load. If your machines operators can use an app on a smartphone, they can use Load Guardian.
SIMPLE AUTOMATION
The Q-300XT, S-300XT, Q-300XT Plus and Q-400XT all include Lantech’s patented XT automatic cut and clamp mechanism. With it, you can drop a pallet on the machine, press a button and leave. You’ll return to find a fully-wrapped safe-to-ship load.
FULL AUTOMATION
Lantech’s Q turntable and S overhead-spiral automatics are the most robust and flexible machines out there. And the RL series is capable of incredible speeds – up to 180 loads per hour!
