ACS 6200 Semi-Automatic Rotary Bag Sealer
The ACS 6200 is a semi-automatic bag sealing system designed for horizontal and angled sealing applications such as bakery products, hosiery products, paper products, cases, magazines, and more. With four conveyor lengths to choose from, multiple loading stations can be used to achieve the highest production rate possible. The system has been designed to work with manual, semi-automatic, or fully automated loading systems.
The MPS series has been designed so that you can access the sealing section instantaneously and without tools. The main purpose of this is for the quick changeover of the Teflon® sealing bands, though there is the added advantage of unrestricted access to the sealing section for routine maintenance. With Emplex’s unique band tensioner, you are given the ability to track and tension the Teflon® sealing bands with finite precision.
All options regarding sealing functionality are add-on items. This means, for example, if you require trimming capability at a later date, you can simply add a trimmer at your discretion. An Embosser or a Printer can also be added to solve bag coding requirements. These units place a lot or date code anywhere in or above the seal. These units require individual pieces of type to be purchased in order to print your desired code.
MPS 6100 Continuous Rotary Band Sealer
Designed to fit seamlessly into your production process, an MPS sealer decreases your downtime and gives the utmost flexibility. These constant load, variable speed machines operate with PID auto-tune digital temperature controllers and variable pressure sealing bars. Seals are created using economical Teflon bands, which produce consistent, hermetic seals on all heat sealable bags.
With our exclusive infeed system, these machines are capable of supporting bag weights of up to 2 pounds (on an 8” wide bag, 2 mil bag) without the use of a conveyor – a full pound more than our competitors.
MPS 7500 Series Conveyorized Industrial Continuous Rotary Band Sealer
Designed to fit seamlessly into your production process, an MPS sealer decreases your downtime and gives the utmost flexibility. These constant load, variable speed machines operate with two PID autotune digital temperature controllers and variable pressure sealing bars. Seals are created using economical Teflon bands, which produce consistent, hermetic excellent seals on all heat sealable bags.
All conveyors are stainless steel, food grade belt conveyors complete with guide rails. Standard conveyor size is 6″ W x 6′ L, with a full family of conveyor options and sizes available to meet your specific needs. MPS conveyors can be manually raised and lowered to match any size bag. Conveyors are required for bags with a weight greater than 2 pounds for vertical sealing.
Engineered for demanding environments, the MPS 7500 Series tackles heavy-duty, high-speed requirements with ease. The MPS 7500 is built standard with 10″ of heating and 10″ of cooling (double the capacity of the MPS 6000 series). Each heating section is controlled by an independent closed loop PID temperature controller which digitally sets and maintains the temperature. Variable speeds can be reached in excess of 750″ per minute, meeting the demands of environments requiring fast production rates.
The MPS 7500 is designed to create strong seals on heavy and thick bags. Some of these include: 6 mil or heavier polys; vinyls; multi-walled, gussetted, pillowed and barrier bags; foils; and many other heat sealable materials. Alternatively, high speed sealing is accomplished with lower mil bags.
